Дисциплина регионального компонента учебного плана «Географическое краеведение» нередко понимается учителями как география своего региона, при этом ими используется та же методика, что и при обучении школьников географии. С точки зрения системно-деятельностного подхода, методика обучения школьников в курсе географического краеведения обладает рядом особенностей, поэтому ее целесообразней рассматривать как специфическую учебную дисциплину. В статье раскрываются такие принципиальные отличия географического краеведения от школьного курса географии, которые могут значительно обогатить учебный процесс

This article is focused on Geographic Local Lore, which is an academic discipline referring to the regional part of the school curriculum. This discipline is sometimes considered and understood by teachers as local geography, and thus, while teaching Geographic Local Lore, they implement exactly the same methods of teaching as the ones which they normally use while teaching geography at school. From the viewpoint based on the comprehensive activity approach, the methods used while teaching the mentioned course have a number of peculiarities; therefore, it makes sense to regard Geographic Local Lore as a specific academic discipline. Within the framework of this article, the author reveals those main distinctive features of the discipline which make the latter different from the school course of geography and which meanwhile enrich the whole academic process |
