В статье обоснована актуальность разработки методической системы обучения физике, направленной на развитие потенциалов личности при приоритетной роли когнитивного потенциала, а также рассмотрена модель когнитивно-ориентированной методической системы обучения физике и раскрыто содержание её элементов	In this article the cultivation of the methodical system of teaching physics is substantiated and directed towards the development of the potentials of the personality through the priority role of cognitive potentials, and even the examining of model cognitive-orientation of the methodical system with the exposition of the contents of its elements are also cultivated in this article
