The total amount – from 2 to 6 pages (paper size – A4, all margins – 25 mm, font Times New Roman, normal, 12 pt, line spacing – single). Only Microsoft Office-compatible formats of text files are accepted. Figures, tables, charts and graphs should be submitted in separate files in graphic format. Bibliographic list should be drawn up in accordance to GOST.

On a separate page, notify the following information about the author (authors) of the article:

• The name of the article (in Russian and English)
• Surname, first name, middle name (fully, in Russian and English)
• Scientific degree and the title (in Russian and English)
• Place of work and position (in Russian and English)
• Detailed address
• Contact number
• E-mail

and:

• Brief summary of the article (3-6 lines, in Russian and English)
• Key words (3-5 words in Russian and English).
