Статья посвящена выявлению особенностей в формировании нравственно-волевых качеств профильных кадетских классов как в педагогическом процессе учебной, так и внеучебной деятельности. На сегодняшний день в образовании все более популярна парадигма современной индивидуальной работы, основанной на компетентностном подходе. Основная задача учебного заведения — не просто дать обучающимся знания, а помочь им овладеть способами деятельности, позволяющими действовать в социальной и предметной сферах, способствовать воспитанию и развитию их личности. Всестороннего развития личности помимо учебных занятий можно добиться с помощью познавательной, спортивно-оздоровительной деятельности, игровой, художественной, досугово-развлекательной, трудовой, туристическо-краеведческой. Таким образом, созданная социокультурная образовательная среда подразумевает целостное развитие личности, а также ориентирована на формирование всех компонентов нравственной и волевой сферы.

The article is devoted to the identification of features in the formation of moral and volitional qualities in cadets both in the process of educational and extracurricular activities. Today, the paradigm of modern individual work based on a competency-based approach is increasingly popular in education. That is, the main task of the educational institution is not just to give students knowledge, but to help them master the ways of activity that allow them to act in social and subject areas, to contribute to the upbringing and development of their personality. In addition to educational activities, comprehensive personal development can be achieved through gaming, cognitive, leisure and entertainment, artistic, labor, tourism, local lore and sports and recreation activities.
