Развитие информационных технологий, все возрастающее влияние средств массовой информации на все сферы общественной жизни предъявляет новые, более высокие требования к специалистам, работающим в медиасфере. В свою очередь это требует повышение уровня подготовки журналистских кадров. Образование в высшем учебном заведении – это фундамент для профессионального и личностного развития будущего журналиста

The development of information technology, the increasing influence of the media on all spheres of public life poses new and higher requirements to professionals working in the media sphere. In turn, this requires better training of journalists. Education in higher education - is the foundation for professional and personal development of future journalist. Education should be here in the course of solving complex and varied problems, and the success of professional development and the final result can be viewed as the optimal choice for the students personal strategy focused on the social achievements. At the same time, in the training of journalists is a problem that few lifts. It lies in the fact that the effectiveness of teacher training, preparing journalists, is not possible without the waste management process of pedagogical training in the field of journalism, organizational development management mechanisms such education remains unformed, are not worked out their models. Scientists from different universities, employers, members of the media talk about the need to revive the training courses for the staff of publications, journalism teachers or the system of additional education.
